Caroma Recruitment was established to address a gap in international healthcare recruitment — the absence of genuine care-sector expertise on the recruiter's side of the table.
Having spent more than ten years working in UK frontline care, our founders understand what safe, compassionate, and dignified care looks like in practice. That experience shapes everything we do — from how we assess candidates to how we brief employers.
We are a specialist recruiter, not a generalist agency. We work exclusively in healthcare, and we take a relationship-based approach with both candidates and employers.
